i need to change my front brake discs and was wondering if i should change all 4 for a set of drilled ones, i really like their look. some people told me that i should avoid drilled discs as they cant take the stress like originals.
the drilled ones i saw that i liked were from sebro and Mtec.
any one has any experience with any of these?

Well my drilled 'can't take the stress' ones have done nearly 50,000 miles and still look like new and have no cracks.

I got 48K miles out of my original Porsche pads and the disks were still OK and I had done at least three trackdays on them on my 986 Boxter S. As long as you do not have a Porsche Warrenty then fit the best ones you can and enjoy - potentially - better fade resistance braking.

5k miles and mine are shot. previous owner only covered 272 miles in a year and a half and they have coroded from the inside out lol!!! but they are worth it

Yes the brake discs don't like not being driven and will rot in a heartbeat if you don't.

I also remind those people who love washing their car that they should always drive the car afterwards to dry out the discs. If you don't they will rot even quicker.

It took my originals four and a half years to start showing corrosion from the disc vents which left a line around the inside of the wheel rim, they still had some wear left but had the full set done just the MOT at five years 43,500miles, pads still had about a year of use left in them but discs had about 0,2mm left before minimum so pre-empted the limits a bit. Replaced with Porsche pads and cross drilled discs. I wouldn't use anything else but if yours aren't cross drilled get the after market options.[;)] See if either Sebro or Mtec do a coating inside the venting of the discs like the Porsche items it helps to reduce the start of corrosion along with a drive to dry them after washing.
