Aaaaarrrrggggghhhh!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 986 that has a rapid light rattle on the n/s/f when you go over bumps/rough road, and it's driving me mad. When you brake it stops. There is a slight mark on the calliper where the pad has hit the calliper.

Within 5000 miles it has had a new coffin arm, forked arm, front discs/pads/spring clip.

When I remove the anti roll bar link rod at the roll bar end, it still does it.

I've had it on a ramp to no avail.

Do I want a calliper? I can't think of what else to do.

Ta. :(

This might be way off the mark, but had a similar problem on another vehicle ( not a Porsche ). It turned out to be a sticky piston. When not braking- no pressure on the calliper meant the pad itself was rattling. Serviced the calliper, problem solved!
