I'm having a recurring problem with the roof on my Boxster, and I wonder if any other members have had the same problem and found a solution.
Whilst the roof operates perfectly well, after two or mopre operations, the gutter which clips onto the back of the firewall has a tendency to unclip itself. No a major issue in itself, as long as I remember to clip it back up when this happens to prevent water ingress.
Having studied what's happening whilst a third party oeprates the mechanism, it would appear that the material just below the rear screen has a tendency to push against the centre of the gutter which then bows and comes unclipped.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Eddie
