987.2 Passenger Windows "onetouch" not working

Hi - recently acquired 987.2 - have noticed the one touch closing does not work for passenger window.
Gone through a few diags
1) Passenger window lowers and raises as expected on door open/close and roof down/up
2) It opens and closes smoothly when operated manually
3) It shuts "properly" when manually closed.
4) One touch opening works
5) Same issue exists for both switches (the one on the passenger door, and the one for the passenger window on the passenger door)
6) "comfort opening" works - unload the car on the fob - hold the button, windows (both sides) open
7) *I think* "comfort closing" works - I did try it out - but I wasn't looking for this fault then - so will try it for sure tomorrow
8) have been through the reset procedure in the handbook (close then close again) and also a few varieties of the same on the net

So - couple of questions:
1) Is it working for anyone else (it's a UK 987.2 2.9 PDK 2011 car)
2) Any ideas for another things to try?

Thanks in advance
Paul

Try resetting:
From closed motor window fully down and keep button depressed for a further 10+ seconds.
Then motor window fully closed, again keep pressing button for a further 10+ seconds.
One touch feature should now remember positions.

Just tried that sequence - didn't change things - but - I went through some detailed "tests" this morning.

Reset top position is close, hold switch for 5+ seconds. It started working - One touch open and close works - for a "while" - tested it like 10 times, then turned on PCM to fiddle with something else - and then just before I came back indoors, tried it again , not working - went through reset again - all working, for now........ Pretty sure it's going to "forget" again soon, will try it tomorrow, but I suspect that the window regulator electronics have an issue (saw a US based posting on one of the forums - same issue as me and resolved by a used electronics "bit" of the regulator) - but I am not going to chase a fix at this time - maybe it remembers, maybe it doesn't - at least I know.

There's another "part" to the system - that I read about last night - windows are "live" between when you remove the key and the 1st time a door is opened - so you can work the windows until you get out of the car, in this mode - onetouch is disabled for both windows - learned this as part of the testing, spoofed my results for a little while until I confirmed the behaviour in this case on the drivers side.

Thanks for the help guys
