987 exhaust tip recommendations

Hi guys
I would like to give my 2007 987 a sportier sound and look. Could anyone recommend some twin pipe exhaust tips, I don't think I can justify the expense of a full exhaust system with she who must be obeyed [:D].

This may not be what you had in mind, but I had this Velocity Dream 2 exhaust tip fitted to my 987.2 Cayman S.

It's a straight swap for the standard OE tail pipe. Instructions are included and its best done on a ramp as it involves disconnecting the driver's side exhaust at the flange accessible from the rear wheel arch after removing the wheel.

The Velocity exhaust tip gives a deeper note. Its solid, heavy unit and in reasonable condition. Clips are included.

If you are interested PM me for further info.

You could do worse than to talk to Gert at www.carnewal.com.... the entire GT Cat Back system sounds epic, elicits a few more hp (5-7 depending on who you ask, I certainly can pick up a small difference, then again I had a DMS remap as well soon after), and the cost of the item (factoring in you returning the original to Belgium is circa £500 ish.....I kept my original tips....did look at upgrading them, but for new sparkly new items, still circa £200, and apart from looks they weren't going to do much re noise
