If you mean water in the fog light, I had this in one on my previous Cayman. I took it off and it looked to be leaking between the body and the glass lens. I tried sealing it several times but was never successful. In the end I replaced it. £150+VAT. Ouch!

I have had this in my sidelights/foglights, it was fogging of the lens and I was able to fashion a wiping tool to clean the inside, unfortunately as soon as it rained again there was condensation there again in the RH lamp so I will be repeating the task, it is possible that the seals for the bulb mounts are not doing their job or as Richard says the glass to reflector bonding, when I get time I will check mine again to see where and how to improve the seals of the bulbs and the reflector/lens joint. At least the reflector and glass did clean up easily using a bent skewer and microfibre. It had condensation in at the MOT and there was no comment th lights worked.

Hello. I'm new to Cayman ownership and am seeking other's experience of condensation in 'sidelight' lenses. True the most recent experience was following the, wet, drive to Donnington on Sunday. But does anyone else suffer from this or am I alone again? Not sure if it's water ingress, a blocked vent pipe or what.
Any views or help appreciated. Most worrying, I don't know if its an MOT fail.

Paul.

Thanks both. Not uncommon I guess. Will have to look into a solution as I don't fancy buying new! Paul.
