991.1 GTS, PSE, Exhaust Valves & Cargraphic

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone can shed any light on how the exhaust valves work on the GTS when PSE is switched ON. Are they open at idle and then close briefly until 3500-4000rpm at which point they re-open? I have just bought a cargraphic valve controller which supposedly keeps the valves open "all the time", but other than a cold start I can hear absolutely zero difference between PSE being on and valve controller setting the valves to "always open". Any insight would be super helpful, as carpgrahic are not being
