991.1 TT Turbocharger suggestions.

My beloved 991.1 TT has lost turbocharging boost and therefore power. There is a slight oil leak from the air in pipe join. A visual inspection of the turbo shaft is planned for Tuesday but it seems likely that I should assume a damaged turbocharger.
The vehicle is for frequent road driving and trackdays. It has an ipe sports valved exhaust, lightweight allows, race pads, PS4Ss and a stage 1 map.
Options include:
1. New OEM TC.
2. Recon of one or both of the TC.
3. Recon and upgrade of both TCs
Any comments, wise words or suggestions please would be very greatly appreciated.
