991.2 PCM software update.

A software update is now available to sort many minor glitches such as contacts dropping off the 'my screen'. I can't say it works yet as my pcm used to just drop them after a couple of days but the response to touch on the sat nav seems sharper and quicker, and the voice activation seems to react a little faster too.
 
Bob Is the update available generally and being rolled out or is it something to ask for or pay for? Keith
 
It's free, think it is actually a disc and the garage need to do it. I believe it can take a few hours , I'm not sure if it is to be rolled out to everyone, or just those that have reported issues.
