Good vid and equally good articles in the magazine. What spec have you decided on Mike, white again?

Not fully committed as yet Peter, but tending towards Guards at the mo. The prospective GT3 owners forum on Pistonheads has run to 105 pages now and most of the discussion is about colour choice! White is currently well in the lead, but I favour a change.
Regards, Mike.

I pawed all over the white one at Goodwood FOS last month and it looked stunning but the press shots I have seen of the red really sit with the aero and grey wheels IMO
Tough choice[;)]

To be fair, there are a few posts about PCCBs and deviated stitching too...

I have a white 997 GT3 and was all set to go for a white 991. Having seen the car at Goodwood I'm not so sure. White seemed to emphasise its chunkiness compared to the flowing lines of the 997. I'm tending now towards Guards. Is Guards Red difficult to keep looking really red. May seem like a daft question as the official Porsche pics look stunning but I see quite a few GR Porsches around that tend to have a slightly milky/pinky look, not the rich darker hue of the pics.
