992 Carrera 2 S Exhaust Tips Corroded

Good morning,

Other than a few minor issues we have been delighted with our 992 which is now over a year old. However, I have recent noticed that the inserts within the exhaust tips have started to corrode and are looking quite unsightly.

I intend to take the car over to our local Porsche Centre as soon as I get a spare moment, but in the meantime was wondering if anyone else has experienced any similar issues with their car?

Hi,

Mine's a May 2019 car with 5400'ish miles on it.... The pretend tip is still corrosion free, but looking at the image, the box appears to have a lot less black paint than yours!

We have had the tips replaced as they were showing the same signs of corrosion.
