KEVIN ,OH DEAR !!!!!!!! AFTER ALL THOSE NEAR MISSES , THAT S AUDI RS BLUE ..................VIAGARA IS RIVIERA BLUE , STILL IWTH BEN !!

Vic!....don't you actually mean Nogaro blue?......as first used on the RS2, known as RS blue. [:D]

To be fair, they used Nogaro name on non RS cars, same paint code for both, Z5M.

Get off ....................................yes thats possible but the actual 'silver' sticker under the bonnet i think said 'pearlescent Blau' says something like Audi blue on first reg !

My understanding was that part of the Porsche involvement in developing the RS2, two colours came from Porsche, this pearlescent blue and Polar silver were available alongside other Audi colours of the time, so it looks like RS/Nogaro pearlescent blue actually came from Porsche,,, at least that is the story from Audi enthusiasts.

Either way "Big Blue" looks truly incredible in the metal. [:)]

It was the only one that came out of the factory this colour ...................i have to asdmit it looks amazing , almost purple, in the bright sun.............................all credit to Keef, he has if anything improved the quality of the finish , and the cage is now colour coded .......................

Vic,

Sincere apologise for confusing the colour, it's was just the connection between Viagra and your shiny striped helmet that confused me....

Kevin

Wish I'd bought it off Vic originally....thats some mark up in hardly any time at all [:(]
