993 GT2 EVO

Why buy an Evo ? The original alloy door job is slightly more interesting and pure ................admittedly think there were only 21 Evos?........................Watever whether a Clubsport or properly modified GT2 or original or Evo IMO still one of the finest Porkas yet ..................................but then i am prejudiced!
Just make sure u pick one that has been well known and with a good history ................otherwise get ready to rob a Bank!
Good luck , u wont regret it

I guess Vic hasn't sold his old banger yet. He gave me a ride around Goodwood some time ago and it was quite impressive. In the GT2 that is......

Difference between the original 1996 cars and the 21 1998 Evo road cars were small. Steel doors and standard thickness door glass, K24 turbos instead of K16's and different camshafts (only found this out the other day!) 450 bhp instead of 430 bhp. All LHD and no clubsports.

FFS Howells don't you add fuel to the fire! I have heard a rumour that EVO's can be a bit more tempremental, like their owners.

Are you saying russ car is a evo then!!
Have you seen the nice blue clubsport for sale,£140k+Turks blue.Shame he has stuck carpet all in it.Its now a tart mobile
The banter has started before we even get near the ring!!

yes thats the one, come on some one buy it,lets get them all over here, then the germans will have none Soon,a secret take over of the gt2 market.

Sorry to be a tad serious , but if that did nt say Turkis i wud swear it was Riviera ................crested wheel centres and alcantar seats on a clubsport .........hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, luv the s/wheel!
Whoose being bitchy??

What has done to the Clubsport interior![]

It will be interesting to see how long this one is around for..."Fixed Price" appears in bold letters, implying there is little room for negotiation?

Makes Vic's Negaro car look like a steal for the asking price!

Well...tempted...only if you take the turbos off and put it on a narrow bodied diet [:D]
Too much of a car for me!

The silly thing is, if I or anyone else is looking for such a car in a few years;
a, it will be more expensive
b, it will be harder find, particularly with the pukka power upgrade.

I don't think it will be for sale much longer....form an orderly queue.....

Be fair , there were nt that many built! Quite a few in privare collections never used at all perceived as investments ....................i find the best investment is getting mine out and driving it .................i am pretty old and ugly but the smile alone shows how i fell about mine !
