I'm helping a friend with some work on their 993.
This evening we were doing some electrical work. One of the tasks is to replace the ignition switch. There are 2 phillips head bolts keeping it in place. One is easily accessed while the other is in an awkward position close to front wall. We were late starting this but although we tried a variety of tools we just couldn't get a good grip on the head to loosen it. Has anyone done this and if so what did you use or if you've read a procedure on this recently please send on the link.
To jog your memory here is a pic of the item. The visible bolt head is fine but the one on opposite side is the awkward one:
Thanks in advance.
