Just giving you a heads up on 993 rotor arms as some of you may visit 911UK and have seen the recent thread on there regarding the same

http://911uk.com/viewtopi...torder=asc&start=0

The internet surely is a dangerous place with incorrect and misleading information abound!
Porsche part number 930.602.902 01 is a rotor for a 3.2 Carrera, nothing else.
Porsche part number 930.602.902 02 is for a 993 (and 964) nothing else
930.602.902 01 does not superceed to 993.602.902.02

The last 2 digits do not mean a country of origin change, or manufacturing process change, they are just the last 2 digits

There are thousands of parts where the last 2 digits may increase by one but are completely different parts and not interchangeable

Do not try and fit a cheaper 3.2 Carrera rotor arm on your car, it will run like shyte!

Due to heated discussions with the "boss" of that said forum I seem to be unable to post!

My point entirely! Dont believe its true just because its out there on the internet!

3.2 rotor number is 930 602 902 01 honest!

An example is the IB rear light lens seals 91163197100 is right 91163197101 is left, 2 very different parts

964/993 washer jets 99362807700 right, 99362807701 left

There are 1000's of examples like these
