Hi Rs fans.I am looking for Recaro seats for my 993 RS Clubsport.The previous owner had a brainfade.

If they are good enough for the Porsche heritage car....???

Nickyd which one have you purchased...was it already in the UK?

No,the car was and is stil in South Africa brought in by Porsche SA as new.It is red and one of two Clubsports in SA.Is the spg seats the originals(I don't know)?

Sounds an interesting car, does it have the welded in fia matter cage or the meccano bolt in of the antipodean RSCS?.
I have no idea what the spec was for SA. Chances are if it is a converted RS to CS spec by the importer, it may well have had those seats fitted...cloth with holes for the harness.

Yes it has the welded rollcage.The car was brought in as a Clubsport and had the correct seats in but a dealer later removed and replaced them with GT3 seats.

The european CS seats look like this,,,they don't have the grey contrast to the shoulders of the spg on the ebay link or a porsche logo badge;

nickyd, if you are happy to send me an email through the club profile, I can send you a few photos of european CS spec seats .

cheers

Talking for the 964RS M003 CLUBSPORT Seats and M002 Lightweight seats they differ.

The PET code (material) ended .69 for the M003 Clubsport 964RS Seats.
