993 Targa roof

Lloyds put my roof back together incorrectly and I need to take it to a place that knows how these things can be set without being noisy at high speeeds. Anyone help please.
Regards, Michael Williams.

Lloyds are 'meant' to be the experts - official repairer and all that!!! Try 9M and speak to Marc there. He knows his stuff alright.

Lloyds did a good job on the metal bashing, but the balance of work was very dissapointing. I took the car to Strasse in Leeds to correct all the probelms, but those good guys are not experts on Targa roof panels, hence my search. Thanks for you help.

if they havent renewed the front seal then then need a []

that is what causes most of the noise and it is an easy DIY effort

Thanks for your comment. It is appreciated. It would help me to see a 993 Targa is there one in the NW I could come and inspect? I know that these motors are not that common, despite their qualities!!![:)]

Somewhat belatedly, as I've only just seen this, if you still need another 993 Targa to look at for comparison purposes, I may be able to help, Michael. I'm in the North West (only just - south Cheshire) - you're welcome to come and have a look at mine if it will assist.

Cheers,

Mark
