Presuming in very good condition, no accidents, full service history
If its Manual you would expect to see it for around £27995 at a Trader and about £2k less for a Tiptronic. Privately £2 to £3k less.
At the end of the day the price is what you are willing to pay!

That interior colour will put a lot of people off. As will the fact it is a Tiptronic and not a manual. Wheels not original either and a Targa should not be fitted with 18 inch wheels according to Porsche. Given these three things I think the price being asked is optimistic.

He does say he has the original wheels. Price = lower 20's. I'd look for a coupe personally.
I think the red looks OK with white exterior
From the outside, maybe - but you wouldn't put up with the inside for long[:-][].

Price is well OTT for private sale, but you will stand out from the crowd.

There are a lot of things about this car that would put me off. I don't like targas, tiptronics, white paint, red interiors, being run on wheels that Porsche categorically say should not be fitted.
But the one thing that would really send me running from this car as fast as my little legs could carry me is the fact that it's only had five services in its near sixteen year existance. That doesn't seem to indicate caring owners to me, even if it has only covered 56k miles.
