Hi

Just testing the water as too how much you think they are worth , 2 rear and 2 fronts with a 3rd rear that has been repaired due to damage .

Thinking of selling them ,they are currantly on my 87 Supersport Cab and thinking of changing them to the 18" fuch wheels that JZM sell.

Cheers

As and when you work out a price, and should you be willing to split the set, I'd possibly be interested in buying the rears as long as they're 993.362.140.00 - ET40.

Pics would be good.

And if they are that ^ number they are turbo S, if the rears are 993 362 980 05 they are

Depends on what they are to the value as new they could £1000 each or £600 each

Hi

Not sure how to post a picture as it comes up as document too large , does some one have a direct e mail address i can send too ??.

Car is at Clark and Carters at the moment until the end of the month so can't check out part numbers but i do know the front and rear both end in 00.

Not sure about splitting the set up either.

Regards

Ian

The limit for photos is a) only one per post, and b) less than 200KB. My iPhone 5 (ooh, get him) takes JPG format photos of about 2500KB.

I use a free app, Paint.NET, http://download.cnet.com/Paint-NET/3000-2192_4-10338146.html to crop and resize images. Click on the menu bar Image/Resize and then change either the X or Y axis (keep Aspect Ratio box ticked). Reducing my camera images to a 1/4 of their original axis lengths brings the file size down to about 180KB. You can easily crop the bit you want, and put on shapes (circles, ovals, boxes, arrows etc.) to highlight the subject.

Alternatively, set up something on "The Cloud", e.g. Dropbox - it's free. Dropbox is essentially a hard-drive 'out there somewhere' on the Internet to which you have access via the web or via a 'special' folder on your hard-drive which automatically syncs with The Cloud in the background. Great for backups and for accessing files when you're away on holiday without your laptop, for example. All previous versions of files and even deleted files can be restored. You can also provide links to individual files (e.g. photos) and share entire folders with your friends (us) and colleagues. Click here to join Dropbox http://db.tt/qrDPg1k - if you use this link you will get an extra 500MB of free space (on top of the standard 2GB) - as will I [;)] - I have no connection with Dropbox - it's just good.

To send a private email to a forum member, simply click on their name on the left bar, e.g. matthewb

I understand not wanting to split the set. Good luck.

Hi Ian,

The trouble with posting a small image is that it's, well, small! [&:]

This is so the forum isn't loaded down with masses of huge pictures. To post it a proper size, simply sign up for something like Photobox, or Dropbox (as mentioned above). You can download the pictures there, and then you copy the direct link to it into the "image" button on the toolbar when you're composing a post. Really easy to do, doesn't cost anything, and it means the picture is held on their servers, not this one.

I use Photobucket and Dropbox - for you Photobucket is easier or send me the full size file and I can host it and limk it for you - A9XXC@aol.com
