That particular one seems to be the Turbo offset.

The winter tyres are 2 inches narrower at the rear and 1 inch narrower at the front on the turbo (to increase the load per square inch tyre/road contact) as well as being 1 inch smaller in diameter.
The difference between the winter and summer wheels on the standard car isn't quite so extreme being only 1 inch narrower at the rear and same width at the front. Both summer and winter may be either 16 or 17 inch diameter.
