993 Wiper Blades - Correct Lengths?

My OPC were recently servicing my 993 and said that they front wipers were incorrect (too long) and fouling the screen rubbers.

I asked them to change them for the correct OE parts, but not sure if they have, as they still seem quite long.

Quick measurement seems to be 40mm and 50mm - is this correct?

thanks

Hello,

Mine are 17" (430mm) for the top one and 16" (405mm) for the lower. This is blade length.

hope this helps

regards

Thanks

It's confusing because they seem to come in various lengths from 15" to 18" (or their metric equivalents).

Just want to be sure of the correct sizes for the official Porsche replacements - to ensure that they have actually been changed.

Mine are 400 mm and 450 mm, which I know are the right size as I took them out of the correctly part numbered Porsche bag myself. Out of curiosity, did the PC fit the little rubber insert?

Driver's side (RHD car, of course) = 380mm (approx 15 in)
"˜Passenger' side = 450mm (approx 17.75in)

Recently fitted Bosch Super set, no fouling on screen rubber.
