993RS BOY BUYING A MK1 GT3?

Des, I think you may have use a certain phrase before - Bang for your bucks.
With GT3 prices as they are at the moment they are pretty well
irresistible.

I agree Andy in RHD they are the same as LHD prices which I think is correct for the real enthusiast.........don't think the superior MK1 will drop too much more maybe a little but certainly huge bangs for your bucks for what is probably one of the best GT cars around to do the job. 550 Marranello or GT3 for the weekend to La Baule.....I know which one will perform and do the job without fuss. Like the 64RS you never get those nightmare reliability problems with them........tempted as a second 911 leap frog the 993RS as is too similar wrong to compare GT with RS different jobs but probably equally rewarding drives......

It's crazy out there with current and former 993RS owners buying Lotus and Gt3...what is happening?

It is lucky for us we have someone like Carreraboy, who has his ear to the ground and can reliably inform us of who is buying what and when

Found a GT3 LHD in Germany OPC etc £40ish ........worth buying for the engine....who in their right mind would pay £95K for a diluted 997gt3? susan?

Allegedly our LEICHTBAULESS friend went to see a GT3 today MK1 .....RHD and not expensive as an interim fix while he waits for the car of his dreams.......and well the verdict in a simple text just said......."No Wood"........

You mean the car I came across while looking for a 993RS, that I thought you would be interested in? So that you could have a proper spec lightweight Porsche in your garage! [;)]
