All,

Can anybody help out with this request.....

Total 911 is looking for a 993 RS for a studio photoshoot. This would either be in Hampshire or Derby, whichever is easier for the car's owner, and within the next two weeks.

Is this something you would be willing to help with? If so, perhaps you could email me at phil@9publishing.co.uk

Since my vehicle has already featured in one article this year, I'm sure that somebody else would like their 15 minutes of fame [:D]

[FONT=arial"]Mine is black with triple gey leather. An unmarked 13,000 mile car and if that's what they're looking for, happy to help.[FONT=verdana, geneva"]

Cheers Johnny,, but if you saw Nigels black car...it deserves to be in a magazine....it looks like it just left the showroom!

I doubt they would be happy with my daily hire rate anyhow [:D]

I knew that this would get a bit of interest. Feel free to email Phil directly. His email address is above....

The 13k mile car sounds the nuts!! Let's have both your car and Nigel's in the mag! Surely a normal 993 RS and a CS would be a good idea anyway?

[FONT=arial"]Thanks Clubsport, but just to avoid any possible misunderstanding that it doesn't get out much [:D] here's a pic of it being used as the maker intended!

The pics for Total 911 were taken last week, so thought I'd update this post. I enjoyed the day and good to see how these pics are created. The snapper, Tom Wood, http://www.tomwooduk.com was totally professional and a good bloke too. I now understand what it takes to get these shots exactly right; real talent and attention to detail.

Have posted a couple of pics below but I'm told the 993 RS feature article will be in the Nov issue of Total 911 mag with the banner headline "RS Perfection". Cue debate over which RS is best.....

Tom did the pictures of my 3.2 Carerra CS for the issue 4 feature too & I have to agree - nice bloke & very good at his job. White car in a white studio was a bit of a challenge though.

Nigel,

Just saw the article in WHS. Car looks fantastic on the front cover. Who's next for a magazine feature ?

Thanks guys, it does look nice and the pics do the car justice; a testament to the skill of snapper Tom Wood and John Drake's elbow grease with the Zymol [:)]
