993TT blowing fuel pump / fuel sensor fuse.

Thanks in advance of any advice you may have.
Fuse no 26, the fuel / air sensor fuse is persistantly blowing. its a 25 amp and so far has blown about 4 times in a very short distance.
I thought it may be the fuel pump but its not noisy.
I took the under tray off and had a look at all 4 sensors on the exhaust, all look fine including all four wires. none of the wires seem to be shorting / broken etc.

Has anyone had this problem ??
