996 C4 v 993 TT

Would I be mad to awap my 2002 C4 for a 1998 993 TT in Speed Yellow?

Which will hold value better?

I'm not so sure it is so clear cut financially, and in any event a 996 GT3 mk1 is probably the safest best depreciation wise.
In any case, I wouldn't imagine you are thinking about it on the basis of value or depreciation. I think this is a red herring.
What you really mean is that you would like a 993tt you have seen, and you are looking for some moral support. What is it you are looking for, perhaps that will dictate whether it is a "sensible" option.

The 993TT will have done it's worst depreciating, so I imagine the C4 will still have a fair bit to loose before it levels off.

Difficult.

I love the look in and out of the 993. However, a 996 is abetter day to day proposition.

Also - I need two small seats in the back.

How about a 964RS and a Mini Cooper S Works?
