Hi just wanted to share a pic of my newly refurbed 18" Turbo Alloys. I hunted around for months getting quotes for wheel refurbs and different costs etc. I finally had a very good call with Paul at The Wheel Specialist based in North London N18. He explained the difference with the oven powder coat and lacquer process (after acid dip to strip). The range of finishes is really good, and the additional chrome valves, balancing, refitting of tyres etc and car drop off options the overall service was fantastic.... and of coarse the finish on the wheels was amazing, plus they were waxed with anti brake dust sealant. He turned the work round in a day (drop off at 8am on a Sat and picked up at 5.30pm) but he can keep the car over night as the workshop is big, and the reception upstairs is nice and modern. Anyway hope you like the pic I think the new wheel finish has really transformed the look of the car - I like them a lot!

All I can say is 'WOW!'

Ok so I can say a little more lol :) But they look fantastic! I called around, would you believe a local place advertised as doing 'Wheel Refurbishment' and when I called them they said £80.00 + vat for the first and £70 for others. Guess what? This was just a touch up of kerb damage while on the car, when I asked about proper refurbing they didn't do it lol. Crazy I tell you!
