Just looked at an 2003 C4S a pal is considering buying and noticed that the S on the back is Red. Also, it has the dual sports exhaust tips but is not a switchable system?

Does this signify any sort of optional extra (suspension/engine) upgrade or is it just some cosmetic modifications?

Some owners have the Porsche Sports Exhaust system retro-fitted, and it costs less to have it installed without the switch (wiring runs etc)

Cheers, I thought it may have been some sort of power kit option.

Good news then, he will only have 321bhp against my 350bhp - LOL!

The X50 power upgrade was 345bhp.

Added a lot of torque to the mid range.

I had one of the 1st in the UK with X50 and sports exhaust loved it.
