996 Electric window

Hi I have a year 2000 911 (996) C2 Cab I am having problems with the passenger side . When i take the roof off it does not go down fully. Also it sometimes does not go back up at all. It is very sporadic I have had the motor changed once but it has happened again It is dry inside the door? Any help would be most appreciated.
