996 facelift Tip - looking to buy

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for 996 facelift Tip coupe. Normal silver/grey/black, with black leather combo. Keen to buy from member who has loved her, and has looked after her....

Hello - I have a Lapis Blue Carrera 4, 2002 facelift, 35k on the clock, recent major service (4 year) and extended warranty until June 2007 & 4 new Pilot Sport tyres fitted last week.

Tiptronic, crusie, heated, ruffled elec seats, PCM Sat Nav, Phone, CD Changer, Blue Leather, Alu Pack, brought last year from Cambridge OPC, unmarked, no scrathes, bumps or dings, clubsport wheel umarked.

£40k no offers - on finance at the moment, can be settled directly or through me.

I think if you look at other threads currently on the go you will see that 01/02 facelift cars are selling in the region of £30 - 34k. As one poster put it, the cars are in freefall still, and I have to admit that I agree and this is putting me off buying one once I sell the 993, although there are a couple of other issues that are kicking around which are not helping matters.
