I think the Gt3 pack is what will make it stand out over others for sale. miles and age might hold it back. But you know what they say it's all about the looks. I would have said that's the top end of the price range having looked at alot of 996's of late both for me and my friend. Some of these early cars had the more interesting colour choices inside. But I would hang on to that price as its the start of summer. Good luck. Sad reason for sale :-( posted it here rather than on the Forsale section as you asked for feed back. A mate and I have both been looking at 996's Turbo & 3.6. So both of us have been learning these watercooled cars FAST! so just some feed back from our view looking at cars for sale.
