996 Front Spring - colour markings / reference guide?

Mine are a bit rusty and need replacing. I can’t tell the colour codes on the car but at this point I’m not concerned and want to go standard.

LOADS of info on the various boards and on here, BUT I have not seen what I consider to be a definitive guide / table. I have spent an hour or two surfing so far and decided to just ask! Is there such a thing available?

can anyone point me in the right direction? And if you know already - facelift Targa C2 on standard ride height / standard Bilsteins. I know there are other bits to change / consider as well - but the springs are confusing me so far.
