Hi Eveyrone,

I'm new on this site and I got a small collection of cars and looking to add to my collection. I have a 964 Rs and a 964 NGT amongst other cars.

I've been offered a LHD 996 GT2 Clubsport with 50km on the clock and the car has no history.

Anybody got a idea's what its worth?

Regards

Ray

Colour, year, condition, original panel, overrevs, modifications ? Why doesn't the car have it's history ?

Silver, 2001, Original panels, no mods, the car was repossessed and I've been told I'd need to track history. Does anyone now if Porsche have a central computer for the servicing?

That's all the info I have on the car at the moment.

An OPC will be able to access service history and specification from VIN/reg. number plus I think MOT status/history now available from some gov web site.

I assume you have googled reg number to see if it has been mentioned on-line and will have a pre-purchase inspection.

The car is not in the UK at the moment, It is Italy supplied and currently in Dubai. Will Porsche still be able to check history if its been serviced in Porsche Dubai?

Doesn't JZM have a sales & service operation in Dubai? They could be good for a proper independent inspection
