996 OPC Servicing

Konkor

Hi all,

looking for a quick bit of advice.

Contacted my local OPC regarding my 996 C4S service as the fixed price servicing looks like good value for money. I mentioned i was a club member and asked if my 10% discount would be applicable which they informed me that due to the service price (£265 for minor service plus £75 for brake fluid) i would not be able to use my club discount.

Is this correct?

Regards

C.

Yes, I believe that is correct as they say it is a compensative price....

I'm sure that's what I was told....

Check out any local indies.....

The fixed price is fixed but additional work can be haggled down.
At those prices I doubt if an Indy can beat it. Just make sure they don't hammer you with too many additional extras!

My indy friend charges £155 for a 12,000 service.

My OPC took 10% off the fixed price, although mine is the turbo and the service costs are more!!

I do have a good relationship with my OPC and the car has been there for over 6 years, that might make a difference, but Saying that I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, I always get a great service from them and
they treat my car with the up most care and attention every time, I can't fault them.
