Just had the nokia ones replaced with custom alpines, don't have door speakers so replaced rears and dashboard ones. Sound is instantly a lot better but they get even better in time apparently once the cones have loosened up.

Back tomorrow to have an Alpine sub fitted too. Most people have them at rear but that doesn't appeal to me as I would need a parcel shelf to hide it. So am having it fitted under drivers seat out of the way. Will report back tomorrow on difference.

Glad that you are pleased - I said I thought it would make a positive impression. Be interested to hear your thoughts on the sub as I didn't get this for mine due to having door speakers upgraded.

Hi mate, the sub looks good, 150 RMS, its about 6 inches deep so they will need to cut away some of the carpet and sound deadening to fit it in under the seat, its good quality though and as I am the first one (doner) I am getting it done with a good discount. I can then lose a bit of bass on the speakers and use this sub for my bass. Its remote control too.Having it done tomorrow so will let you know. link below of sub http://www.audio66.com/product.asp?id=5635&cat=8&man=1&main=1&userid=256097780398977480324074&firstsel=man&variation=

As my seat was manual they could not fit the speaker underneath. I had the speaker fitted in the passenger footwell instead, its fine as its covered by mat and also can't be damaged as it's well protected. The sound now is fantastic. What a difference it's made.
