996 Sports Exhaust

Having recently sold an exhaust system myself through this Forum, and received many enquires relating to the Porsche 'Switchable' System, some members may be intrested in this.........

Porsche Centre Sutton Coldfield are currently offering an excellent deal on new Sports exhaust system for the 996 range, ( Excluding Turbo and GT2 )

The flyer I recieved states.
Specially developed for the 911 carrera (Type 996) this sports exhaust system provides an even richer and more powerful sound. Special features include a soundproffing switch, enabling you to reduce noise outputs to standard levels when required. [:)]

The price fitted is £1495 Including vat. this includes the cabin switch.

the OPC at newcastle isn't .....the cheapest they would do was £2000,
I got mine done at Redline Racing for £1600 which was the cheapest deal i could find in the NE

Jukn. they did mine for 1650 inc VAT, but then I did by the car from them so they'd probably made enough on the deal already.
 
OPC Solihull certainly aren't- I bought my C4S off Nick Whale (who owns OPC Solihull) and they quoted way more than that to fit the PSE- the parts alone from Solihull were more than £1500 inc.

You can get the parts from Carnewal or design911 for under £1k, and then factor in about 5.5 hrs labour from your local specialist.
