Help appreciated from the seasoned professionals

Found out today that a turbo waste gate has completely seized on one side and it looks like the pair of turbos need to be reconditioned []

The car has not been boosting properly for a number of months and a slight rattle in the exhaust has now enabled me to find the problem.

Can anyone recommend a company for a swap out or recon and a feel for price from experience?

Any help appreciated

Many thanks
