996 turbo sports seats wanted

Can't get memory Sports seats and they only have very basic electric adjustment.

Also they don't appear to have as much adjustment backwards.......so if you're long in the leg you might have problems.

Ok thanks thats interesting, i have a bad back so i was hoping these were more supportive than the standard ones, not to bothered about the memory as only i really drive it

Surely you need the comfort seats with lumbar support.

The other option would be the Adaptive Sports Seats from the 987/997. These have multi-electric adjustment (including sides), memory, lumbar support and a heated option. Won't be cheap though.

Thanks Oliver, good point, where might i find a pair of the comfort seats ? any ideas, i guess the 997 are straight from the porsche parts dept !

Lee,

No it won't have. Its a bit daft if you ask me, £100k for the 996 Turbo and unless you option it the standard seats dont have lumbar control. Bit annoyed when I found this out, I mean I dont need all that memory stuff thats standard spec and it certainly doesnt make you more comfortable does it?..but lumbar is fairly standard in a lot cheaper cars nowadays and really quite useful.Still never mind, they are comfortable seats I suppose.
