I have recently noticed that when in "N" or "P" the max. RPM is 3500. Is this normal? It revs to redline when being driven.

If this is correct, then when undergoing static noise tests I cannot reach the required 3/4 red line RPM

Same on mine 3500rpm.
Was asked to give it a blip on a car meet the other week, so they could here the exhaust note.[
