996 Turbo tyre wear...

Just taken my rear wheels off because they BOTH have nails in []

Noticed that after just 2000 miles the tyres are feathering on the inside edge.

Is this normal wear or is my geometry ping pong?

Thanks

There is a bit of negative camber as standard. So the inside edges may show some signs.
However, I manage to wear mine reasonably evenly.
The last fronts wore slightly more in the middle, but that was coz I didn't let some air out in the summer.
Although I normally have marks on the outside edges (perhaps I should corner more slowly).

It may also be affected by what type of driving you do.
80% of mine is on motorway or A roads, so there is not too much wear.
Making quick progress along twisty backroads will show different patterns.

My first TT took the rears to canvas(on the inside edge) in 3K, had a geometry check and still wore them out flat in 3.5K(contis)
My current TT made 9K with a bit to spare (mich). But does wear the inside edge more than the rest of the tread,
I've never replaced any fronts except when I completely changed my tyre brands.
