The main point I would make is the Turbo is potentially a lot more expensive to fix if things go wrong, because of that "specialist" engine. I would recommend getting a car with official Porsche warranty, or paying the £750 (+ test) out yourself on your chosen steed

But the difference is not much.
Tyre life depends on how you drive, but the rears will not last as long, since you have more power and more weight at the back.
The main item is insurance. You might want to try getting a couple of quotes first, since it is not 10% more.
Aside from that, it's about the same. Everything aside from engine and gearbox, will cost similar amounts to replace, although the bumpers will probably be more.
If engine or gearbox go bang, it will cost lots. You can extend the warranty to 9 years or 120K miles for £720'ish per year.
After than, you need to think about having a 5 figure sum in the bank for emergencies (that's my plan).

Though to get the warranty you need to have the car inspected and anything rectified before they will provide but this should only be an issue if you purchase privately and dont have the car inspected before buying.
