996 warranty

I have a 996 C4 (1999) with 73K miles, I've owned it for 3 years with very few problems. It is a great car.

I did have a Porsche warranty on the car in its 10th year but that has run out.

What are the warranty options for a car of this age as Porsche do not put warranty's on cars that are 10 years or more old?

Cheers
Steve..

Steve!! For a warranty, you have the option of several aftermarket policies. I wouldn't know which to recommend, as they all seem to get good and bad reports, depending on peoples's individual experiences. The WarrantyWise one seems reasonable, which you can tailor to cover the parts you want, and the ones you don't, but I have no personal experience. There are a couple of Maintenance Plans which would also be worth looking in to. Hartech's Lifetime Maintenance Plan is an interesting concept, and I believe RSJ Sportscars do a similar thing. HTH
