997.2 High pitch squealing from the audio speakers

Hi, Hope someone can help.
I have a high pitch squealing noise from the speakers even when the engine and radio is off. As soon as I put the key in the ignition the noise starts and remains on until I remove the key again.
The noise level doesn't change at all.
Could it be a bad speaker or grounding issue? I
hope someone can help me to identify what's causing this.
