997 brake noise

I have had a regular "clunk" sound when I press down on brake pedal. A quick chek at a dealer said there's corrosion round brake areas which could possibly be caused by too much washing of the car!!!! How do I go on in wet weather then. Its still in warranty (just) and I would like to think this would be covered. Am taking it back to my orginal dealer next week ...Anyone else had similar prob?
 
After reversing out of my garage, The next time I apply brakes get a clunk noise from rear. It doesn't do it again until after reversing. It's the pads moving in the caliper on mine and it has done it for years!
