I have an april 05 Carrera with 15.5k miles and have recently noticed a faint vibration either at high braking speeds and a faint grabbing at almost walking pace. I doubt corrosion or a warped disk as the car has had a very easy life and i would value advice or tales of similar symptoms. The car is still under full Porsche warranty for what that may be worth. Easy life or not the discs can still annoyingly corrode..[:'(] whether to the extent of your problems I'm not sure..
The rest of the bads news is that the brakes would not be covered under warranty as they are classed as wear and tear.

I'd do a few high(er) speed runs applying the brakes to remove and excess corrosion, obviously after a visual check first [:)]

Yes, have to agree. I think an easy life, especially for brakes, is not necessarily a good life. Try some very positive applications and see if you can rid the discs/pads of any build ups as a first step? Does the judder vary with speed or brake pressure and does the pedal pulsate? Could also poss be assymetric caliper pressure? I'm sure there are few experts around the forum that will have better ideas too![:D]

Common things happenly commonly! You may be able to knock build up with the heavy braking, but be prepared to need some new discs (and pads).

Thanks for your note. Seems to me that material quality is an issue here as one assumes that daily driving over differing conditions and speeds would not lead to these symptoms in a machine one assumes is built to take the strain
