997 Facelift ??

I understand, from someone who should know, that the 997 'facelift' and DSG are due for the 2009MY (c.Sept 2008)

This makes sense as it would follow a similar timescale as the 996 'facelift'

Facelift after only two years ?

Although obviously not as pretty as the current & best looking 911 ever, ahem, its probably true and sure to knock residuals just because its the latest thing.

This car ownership thing is as bad as electronics nowadays, you just cant keep up.

I love the way Porsche are going to all this effort to change a few minor exterior details when all they really need to do is to delete the ugly sports chrono clock on the dashboard to make customers happier with the car's aesthetics!!

Rest easy Boys, that rear end is no way as pretty as the current one, change for change sake.

Completely agree! It looks too "fussy", like they're tying too hard. To me the appeal of the 911 shape is it's simplicity....

And they are bucking fashion and returning to ORANGE side repeater lamps? How very dare they!

The US market always had side repeaters in Orange - this spy shot is in the US.
