997 GTS centrelocks brake discs question

Does anyone know what the difference is between the discs for use with centrelocks and regular 5 lug hubs. Porsche are listing different part numbers for I422 centrelock cars and needless to say they are much more expensive than regular 997 discs.

The hub has 5 drive pins that engage with the rotor, with my GTS I got through 3 sets of front discs in a year of hard track use. £850 a time (2012 prices) with the drive pins being renewed at £250 of that cost.

Thanks - yes I know about the drive pins but they simply bolt onto the disc. What is different about the disc? I haven't been able to find any aftermarket discs as OEM Porsche just don't seem to last especially rears that rust badly on the inside face
