997 mk2 difference between US and European version?

Hello all,

I am new to this forum and actually don't own a Porsche yet. However, I have set my eyes on finding a good 2nd hand 997 mk2 C4S with manual transmission (left hand drive).
In the course of this I have seen a Porsche dealer having a US version for sale they have taken as part exchange. The colour combination and price seem attractive.

However, I have always preferred to get a EU version as from memory recall that the 993 had several differences for which I didn't like the US version besides the obvious rear bumper look (transmission lower gearing, ECU differences, suspension higher and softer etc).

Does anyone have a link to or a complete list of changes between the US 997.2 C4S and the European version please?
Also, is it possible to order an European Certificate of Conformity for a US import (would come handy when registering in continental Europe).

Many thanks in advance!

(PS: I have searched this forum to find an answer)
