I need a complete set of discs and pads as my mechanic showed me that the rear disc surface is scored and rusted as the pad has not been making contact. So has anyone any advice on this? I have been pushed towards Pagid Discs and pads instead of Porsche ones which are 3 times the price. Anmy advice would be appreciated.

As a specialist that fits brakes very often, I would recommend paying a little extra and fitting a better quality part. Our favourite brand brakes at the moment are Brembo. If you see them side by side with Pagid, there is a noticeable difference in quality.

Ball park but Revolution at Brighouse
Rear discs £91 each
Front discs £88 each

Pads front £78 each
Pads rear £91 each

PAGID PARTS

Then dampening discs / wear sensors etc plus their care and vat [8|]

once place I wouldn't consider a cheaper 'alternative' is my braking system and tyres...
Like mentioned above, Porsche don't make pads and discs but I'd pick OEM every time.

Hi Bob
Im no expert but Pagid have been good for me
I got discs & pads all round + handbrake shoes from euro car parts, all for £320
Ive always fitted good quality brakes to my vehicles and I've found Pagid to be ok
Hope this helps

Well do so

Pagid are fine, if you want slightly better go Sebro/Textar, probably 15% more. Due to the high carbon content in modern discs they will all suffer from de-laminating/corrosion to a certain degree if not used daily

I've used Pagid yellows on my Gt3 for 10 years now & although I have nothing to judge them against I think they've been great

Hi Andy
Euro car parts still fairly reasonable I think
I believe you can look on google for "Discount Codes" which become available from time to time
