Stunned that no-one has yet mentioned the (nearly) undisguised photo's in this weeks Autocar.

I haven't the facility to scan, so can't post here [&o] but has anyone else seen them - and what do you think?

I think its a case of "Back to the future" looks wise :ROFLMAO: but thats not a bad thing as I really liked the 993 and as for the rest of the spec it looks like a real winner and I like the rumour about there being an "S" version .....

Something iffy about the rear haunches?

More importantly, in this month's 500th edition of CAR, Best Car In The World is.........

Are there any interior shots? I had read that the interior will be changed, particularly the centre console.

For the outside, I wouldn't have called it dramatic. Barring the exhausts, which look toned down, the back (even with US style bumperettes) looks little changed.
The slight flair on the front a rear wheel arches is interesting, but too tame - I can't see the point of such a minor change.
The front bumper is appears more aerodynamic, but is not that sexy, the turbo one and the one on the anniversary edition looks better. I though they may have evolved the new C2 in that direction, but obviously not.

Clearly the headlights are the only obvious change that non-porschephiles will notice.
I have got used to the current ones, so I'm fairly neutral on them.

Anyway, no-one cares that much about how it looks, but about how it goes. If is weighs less (which I thought I read somewhere), has more grunt, and handles a bit better, then everyone will be happy.

I just wonder how much they will get out of the 997 turbo and GT2.
