997 Sport Mode Retrofit

Hi, I have a manual 2012 997 Carrera 4 GTS without the sport chrono option. I know that on most variants of the Gen II 997 you can upgrade to add the sport mode option, however in Tequipment it does not show as an option for the GTS model. My question therefore is, isthe sport mode option available for my car? Thanks for your help.
 
Is there any benefit for chrono on your manual? I think OPC can retro fit sport chrono (without the clock) but I thought it was a benefit mainly to only the gearbox (PDK only) and throttle mapping. I have read elsewhere that there is an aftermarket stopwatch/chrono clock but I don't think there is a single sport chrono retro-fit solution. You would still have the 2 damper settings and lunatic mode (PASM off) anyway on a GTS even if it was optioned with the sport suspension so I don't see any upgrades there either? I read on the USA forums that it's over $1k for the OPC retro-fit seems expensive for no real performance gains- I dunno?

Edit: I stand corrected, seems there is a small upgrade to how PASM works with Sport Plus
